The meeting with the students was to convey letters to their parents explaining the purpose of the project and to ask for their help by facilitating their sons' work. the meeting was so fruitful that most of the parents replied positively the next day. we feel comfortable now that we are on the correct path towards acheiving our project on time. the 2nd step has begun by giving roles to the project team members.
